Recommended Use:
Drink 10-15 minutes before training.  Finish all within 2 minutes.

Can be used during and/or throughout training in small amounts.  Ideal for endurance
sports or any other sports that require that extra bit of strength. Specially formulated for athletes.

Mix 1 scoop Cross-Trainer pre-workout with 200ml-250ml water.  (PREFERABLY NOT WITH ICE
COLD WATER because of the VItargo.  Mix or shake well and enjoy.  
Water can still be consumed throughout training.

Advanced Training (16 years and older)
Use 2 scoops with 250ml-300ml water or more depending on taste.

DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DOSE (MAXIMUM 2 SCOOPS)
DO NOT DRINK ON AN EMPTY STOMACH
